What Does Pain In The Left Testicle Along With Constipation Indicate?

62 yr old male having groin pain, left testicle ascended, constipation, pain starts in back, nausea. Does take Viagra, 1x per month, 1/2 pill. Not sure if it is connected. Will keep track of symtpms and times when using Viagra. Symptoms reoccurring. Left testicle never fully descends. The pain at times can bring him down to his Knees. He reported to his doctor and his doctor didn t seem to be concerned and did not recomend any tests.
