What Does Pain In The Lower Abdomen And Excessive Vaginal Discharge?

I have symptoms such lower abdominal pains and discharge that reflect a yeast infection. I had an STD screening November 22 and the results were negative and I have not been active since. I am prone to getting yeast infections and even bacterial vaginosis so the discharge does not surprise me, but the pains are throwing me off. I looked my symptoms up and they are similar to a UTI infection, but I am not bleeding. I want to avoid going to a doctor right away because I am not in my hometown, but I will if need be. I prefer to treat it naturally if possible as well. Can you recommend what it might be, treatment, and ways to prevent it?

It seems yiu have pelvic inflammation secondary to recurrent yeast &bacterial vaginitis.
The severe back sche with uti like symptoms.
1. First of all you need to cure the pelvic infection with vigerous treatment according to culture &sensitivity of vaginal swab test.... according to expert gybecologist's advose.
2.Prevention... To observe perfect Genital hygiene.
3 Follow an ideal life style with good nutrition,exercise, rest & disiplined life.
4. Get your spouce examined &treated for possible infwction... followed by needful treatment.
