What Does Pain In The Lower Abdomen On The Right Side Indicate?

Recent onset of a dull to sharp pain in my lower right abdomen area. This is accompanied by the scrotum and skin near my genitals going numb ..? Have been taking high doses of Naproxene for a soft tissue infection (as well as 10 days of 500mg Cipro).. Any concerns here..?
