What Does Pain In The Lower Back Indicate?

I believe my hip is out of place, no popping or anything, started with pain in my lower back, now it s moved to the right side of my back, down low in the hip area. I just tried to lay down, I put a pillow under my knees and the pain was intense, after that it was very painful to lay on my back. Should I see an ortho or a chiro?

Dear patient
your symptoms indicate diagnosis of acute back sprain but possibility of right hip pathology also cannot be ruled out. Have you met with episode of jerk or weight lifting? if yes possibility of back sprain is high. please visit spine consultant nearby you. Meanwhile you can take tab myoril 4 mg twice a day for pain relief..thanks
