Hi, I am 52 yrs old and have severe pain in my right shoulder since last 3 weeks. MRI report writes focal partial tear at insertion and along bursal surface fibers of supraspinatus tendon, mild subscapularis tendinosis, SLAP 1 tear, acromioclavicular joint arthrosis. Doctor has advised Tendoup, knidac and phellan tablets for 15 days and physio. Is the treatment correct?
it may be correct so first make shoulder joint immobile by taking arm sling consult orthopaedic surgeon for clinical examination give view regarding posibilityof surgery can give analgesic like flexion and warm phomantation over joint. can apply analgesic ointment and at the moment rest is important. can be kept under observation in future surgery can be considered.after some time physiotherapy can be recomanded
