What Does Pain In The Right Shoulder Indicate?

I had shoulder pain in my right shoulder. It was traumatized by throwing a all to my dog. Atleast thats what i am thinking because it did not hurt until then. It hurts around the clock and i am on very STRONG opid medication thru pain mvmt. Those meds do nothing to stop the pain. I had x rays and the doctor was a young mouthy kid. Well the whole shoulder from the top, to the front down by my breast and up the other side underneath my arm pit around my back in the shoulder area. I have muscle weekness and it feels like i have a bruise but there is no visable bruises.
