What Does Pain In The Shin Indicate?

i am a 52 year old male, somewhat active. Lately i have been feeling a hot pain to my shins, and now to my right bicep area. The shin pain/heat usually happens at night. The bicep pain/heat has been occurring all day. i do have a desk job but get up every 15 minutes to half hour. thanks!

Most common cause for such bone and muscular pain is calcium and vitamin d 3 deficiency. So get done calcium and vitamin d 3 levels and if Deficiency than you will need supplements. If pain still persist after 1 month of supplements then consult orthopedic doctor for further evaluation.
