What Does Pain In The Shoulder Indicate?

I have been having front shoulder pain that extends over and right at my collar bone. It also travels up the side of my neck. All of this is one the right side. I know of no injurys. This has been going on for 3 monthes or so. Thought it was bersighteous but Dr. sent me for x ray. I am waiting on results. Do you have any idea what could be the issue? It is on my right side

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Usually X-ray will help to find the pathology. But I doubt you can get anything out of it. Cardiac origin pain also causes these symptoms. So get it ruled out with an EKG. If there is no trivial trauma then it could be arthritic pain only.

For that, you can take any anti-inflammatory or analgesic medications like ibuprofen or paracetamol.
