What Does Pain In The Upper Abdomen And Back Indicate?

I have abdominal pain in my upper mid section and now my back left mid back. Been to the doctor and was told it was probably ulcers. I've had pancreatitis and it almost feels like that. The pain in my back is pulsating and a new symptom. I take medium, proposed, carafate and creon

Hello,

This can be recurrent pancreatitis. Get an ultrasound and Upper gastrointestinal endoscopy done. Also, consult a gastroenterologist.
