What Does Pain In Upper Right Side With Feeling Of Release Of Fluid Mean?

I have had pain in upper right side that goes from front to back , when it gets real bad at times it may feel like there is a release of fluid??? then the pain will ease but still feel inflamed,, hurts when I work, sit, or stand for longer periods of time have had xrays cts going on for years....

These pain can be due to past infection with herpes .. Does it lead to formation of fluid filled nodules over the skin of right side chest??

Some times past pleural effusions or infection can lead to such ongoing pain...
