Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Does Pain On The Right Side Of The Head Indicate?
For the past two days or so, I began to experience a sharp, jabbing pain in one region of my head, more specifically the right side of it. It lasts for about 3-4 seconds, and occurs about every 30-40 seconds. It all started after I cracked my neck in one way, so I was thinking that these two events were connected. I’ve looked online, and websites have been saying it could be something called an ‘ice-pick headache’? Would anyone be able to confirm this? How should I go about treating it?

The two events can be connected.
I suggest you to do a neurological examination to confirm the diagnosis.
Meanwhile you can try painkillers like Ibuprofen three times a day for relief.
