Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
In my exercise class we were doing reverse sit-ups and I had a pain in my lower right side just under my ribcage. I put heat/ice on it and liniment and tried to rest that area as best I could. It began to feel better but then I began using it again and it started hurting once again. I can t seem to get it to heal.
It might be a simple musculoskeletal pain due to muscle pull or contusion. You can take simple analgesics like Diclofenac for symptomatic relief. Generally, it will settle by itself in couple of days. If symptoms persist, Better tom consult a physician and get evaluated.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
