What Does Pain With Stomach Cramps And Continuous Hunger Indicate?

i have a pain in my right side very low down, it has been there just over two weeks i am worried as i go on holiday next week for two weeks and after going to the doctors three times they dont know what it is, i have lots of other symptoms like upset stomach, feeling hungry all the time, crampy stomach, very tiard cant sleep at night through pain although not instense it is achey and i can pin point it like a thin rod going from front to back

In my opinion, right side abdominal pain is bit challenging because the area loaded with some vital organs like liver, pancreas, gall bladder, ascending and right kidney colon, colicky abdominal pain is pretty common.

Most of the time it is self-limiting because it could be due to dyspepsia, but beside this some common disease are there and it needs to be ruled out like biliary colic, renal colic appendicitis, the only way to differentiate these condition is to get done the imaging study.

I would advise wait for some time for to subside the pain on its own because this is possibility, pain can be managed with Dicyclomine and Paracetamol if needed.

If pain does not subsides, then it is advisable to see the doctor for further work (stress can also induces such abdominal pain).
