What Does Pale Yellow Stool Indicate?

Hi, I have a 14 month old boy who has presented x4 pale yellow coloured stools over the past 2 days. It is a loose consistancy. His appetite has been a bit sluggish over the past couple of days as well.
He breastfeeds 2x/day and will have homo 3.25% milk along with formula throughout the day.
I understand that the appearance of stool can indicate many different signs of health concerns...

Please advise -

As he is predominantly on top feeds, the stool colour is likely to be due to it.
There is no cause for concern.
