What Does Partially Distended Gall Bladder Mean?

Hi, i just done the us hepatobiliary system Fidings: Livet appear homogeneous and increased in echogenicity with no focal lesion ,liver span 14.3cm. Gallbladder is partially distended,thin wall with no calculus within. Biliary tree are not dilated. portal vein patent. Visualised pancrease appears normal. Spleen appears homogeneous in echogenicity.No focal lesion.spleens measures 9.9cm.

Gall bladder is a sac for the storage of bile secreted from liver. So, the it is fully distended if it has bile in full and partially if bile already secreted in to duodenum. No need to worry about gall bladder. All the best.
