What Does Pathological Report As Pus Cells 2-3 With Muscle Fibers Suggest?

I have stomach trouble with loose and foul discharge in stool for last six days.Pathological report on 08-04-12 on R E of Stool says that,My
Pus Cells range is 2-3/H.P.F
Vegetable Cells Present(+)
Muscle Fibers Present(+)
Mucus Present(+)
Other examination are Nill

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Loose stools with foul discharge for 6 days itself suggest that there is an intestinal infection.
This is supported by your lab reports which shows pus cell. Due to indigestion which may be due to faster intestinal passage of food under digestion that the vegetable cells and muscles of the non-veg food that you must have taken has o time for proper digestion hence appearing in the stool report.
Mucus comes out in response to any intestinal irritation hence found in the report.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get a course of an antibiotic and metronidazole along with a PPI like Omeprazole, probiotics and any other symptomatic and supportive treatment as would be advised by your Doctors.
Take only boiled and cooled water.
Soft, bland diet which is freshly cooked at home.
Plenty of oral fluids and electrolyte solution.
