Hello and welcome to HCM,
You have mentioned that you are experiencing bad odour in the vaginal tract.
The vaginal swab shows presence of pus cells (cells which increase during infection),
epithelial cells (these cells are shed from the vaginal wall) and bacteria (indicate presence of infectious agent i.e. bacteria itself).
These findings are suggestive of infection.
The infection is responsible for the bad odour in the vagina.
You need to take antibiotic therapy for the infection.
The second problem that you have mentioned is that of increased duration and increased amount of
menstruation.
These symptoms could be due to infection.
Observe the symptoms after treatment of infection.
If the symptoms still persist after treatment of infection, you can consult your gynecologist.
Thanks and take care
