Pediatrician, Pulmonology 's  Response
Hi,

If the baby's growth and development is normal and she is able to help a normal range of moments in all the joints with normal power around the muscles surrounding each joint then the popping sound need not be worried about and it could be a sign of hypermobility which is physiological in some individuals.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
