The widal test is done for detecting salmonella typhi infection.
The test shows that the antibody titres for antigen O and H for both Salmonella typhi and paratyphi are non-reactive.
Thus, your mother is not suffering from typhoid.
Some other cause has to be found out for the symptoms of fever, vomiting, burning of eyes and headache.
