What Does Presence Of Crystals In Left Lung Suggest?

I am a 61 year old smoking female I had a chest X-ray done yesterday my dr called and said I have crystal on my left lung in two places I have been having pain in my left lung for a while now I have to go have blood work done to check some kind of level in my blood the a contrast ct scan any info will help

It can be an old infection or X-ray artefact. You can go for a CT scan to get a better clinical picture.
