What Does Presence Of White Blood In Urine Mean?

hi,i am 36 years old and this year i have got 4 times urinary infection and i took some antibiotics but when i finished the medicine still consisted some white blood in my urine always i am going to doctor what this mean ?maybe this bacteria is strong. thanks
