What Does Pressure In The Chest Indicate?
what would be a cause of pressure in center of chest, frontal head pressure, labored breathing (I can breathe. I just feel like I can t catch my breath so I keep coughing). I keep doing the slow breaths to count of 7 in, hold for 7 and release to count of 7 but it doesn t relieve it. This has been going on for at least 2 months - just some times worse than others like now. Reduced my coffee in the morn to half decaf/half caf. Drink water mostly. YYYY@YYYY
