What Does Pressure In The Chest Indicate?

I have tightness in my chest, it feels like my heart is being squeezed off and on, but I ve had ekg s heart monitors and they say my heart is good and strong. I have a hiatal hernia, I dont know if that could be an issue or not, I never get heartburn or acid reflux. I also have a constant stomach ache, very slight, which may be due to the blood pressure medicine I am on, metoprolol 25mg

Dear it may be

1. acid aspiration lead to bronchodilator spasm.
2.It may be episodic asthma.
3.It may be panic attack with chest tightness etc..

until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
