What Does Prolonged Numbness Along With Water Running Down Sensation In Legs And Headache Signify?

i have had prolonged numbness for about 4 years now that gets worse and better but never goes away. I have had perfect lab work testing my sugar, vitamin, cbc, cmet, and the list goes on. Also my head CT and head MRI were normal. I get the sensation of water running down my legs as well, and have dull headaches often. Any ideas?

Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
given that the lab work and imaging has been normal, I would recommend you see a neurologist. sometimes these symptoms can be because of conditions affecting your nerves that require other tests- EMG and nerve conduction studies which are done by neurologists.
