What Does Pulsating Sensation On The Right Shoulder Indicate?

My bp is 104/64 p78, I have a felling in my right shoulder that feels like a a pulse you can feel and see it doing it. And the top of my head hurts very bad went you touch it, I feel tired. Is this just a bad migraine coming on or should I worry? I am 29 with poor bone health.

Hello,

It is cervical strain. Please get the X-ray cervical spine to rule out cervical spondylosis. Do cervical exercises. You may take tablet Aceclofenic plus Chlorzoxone twice a day.
