Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

What are the symptoms, and why the test was ordered? 3-5 pus cells is just borderline, as is the trace of albumin. If the child has symptoms like dysuria or frequent urination, I would prefer getting a urine culture test. Otherwise, we need worry about this report alone.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
