i have pus cells in seman 20. they not go to zero hat is the caus they r not end

The pus cells in semen 4 to 5 cells is normal..
but more than the normal suggestive of infection of the seminal vesicle or testis or genital tract...if the infection is confirmed, then you need to take antibiotics for the for a week... even after treatment, it wont come to zero, since the normal range will maintain...
