Hello,

Pus in the stool may be due to infection or food intolerance or inflammatory bowel problems etcetera. Without a proper history and examination, it is difficult to say what it is.

Please test the stool for culture sensitivity, please consult your gastroenterologist, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
