What Does "E.coli>10.6" In Urine Test Suggest?

I have just received urine micro-culture results. I have had blood in my urine- rusty coloured. Strip test was positive. E-coli reading >10.6. Clinical notes "in the absence of significant pyuria, contamination should be considered" Can you help me dicipher this please?
