What Does "WBC-2-4,few Bacteria And Mucus Threads" In Urinalysis Suggest?
Hi Q: im 22 years old , male and i had my urinalysis yesterday. I have not consulted my physician yet. Here is the result: WBC 2-4 hpf, RBC, 2 hpf,, There are few bacteria found and many Mucus threads... I exerted pressure when im urinating... and i experience skin problems like pimples and i loose strands of hair.. I also feel fatigue even after sleep and after i take bath, i realy feel dizzy.... Hope to get your advice for my health problem soon.. Thank you very much

Hi, Thanks for asking. Based on your query, my opinion is as follows. 1. Urine analysis is normal. 2. WBC are usually seen in urine upto 5 cell/hpf. RBC are also occasionally seen. 3. Normal commensal bacteria can be seen with mucus threads too. Not related to skin and hair problems. Possibly hormonal imbalance is main cause. Dizziness and fatigue requires evaluation for anemia and hypothyroidism. Meet your doctor to get a hemogram and thyroid hormone profile done. Hope it helps. Any further queries, happy to help again.
