Welcome to health care magic.

1.The report suggest there is lobulated mass lesion occupying the hilar region bilaterally.
2.And axillary region fullness both sides - suggestive of lymph nodal enlargement.
3.Lymph nodal enlargement can be seen in any infective / inflammatory cause and lymph nodal pathology itself ( lymphadenopathy)
4.The cough could be due to the obstructive pathology caused by the mass indenting on the main bronchus.
5.Further course will be an FNAC - fine needle aspiration cytology to assess the cells involved and treated accordingly.

Good luck.
