What Does "liquefaction Time-3hrs And Abnormal Sperms-11%" Suggest?
Hi, I am 37 years Old, I am now working in DUbai. I got married for last 2 years & trying for a kid. I done sperm test as my wife is ok with her test. I like to know more details of my semen analysis:
After 3 days from sexual intercorse I given the sample for Test; Total Volume is 4.0ML, pH 8.0 ML, Color Greyish White, Viscosity -Abnormal, Liquefaction time- liquefied in 3 hours, Sperm Concentration 56 (>/= 15 --million spermatozoa/ml), Motility- Immediately 70 after 1 hour-65 progressive/ non-progressive immediate 20 after 1 hour 25/ Immotile immediate 10 after 1 hour 10, Morphology Normal Forms 89% & Abnormal forms 11%, Agglutination- Absent, Clumping- ABsent, WBC- 5-7 per HPF(<5.0), RBC- occasional, Epithelial cells-occasional, Parasites-Nil, Fructose-Present, Cellular debris-Present---I like to know about the result. I am married for 2 years and trying for child. Is this a result which affect my wife get pregnant. What should I do to like change in food or medicine or exercise to help for Liquefaction?

Your semen analysis is normal except for liquifaction according to WHO guidelines. You need to consult an ANDROLOGIST to rule out any genitourinary infection.
