What Does "mild Degenerative Changes And C5-C6 Disc Protrusion" On MRI Suggest?

had mri scan,after months of severe pain in neck,arm sharp pains when move head up and down-findings are mild motion artifacts?unremarkablecraniocervical junction-reversal of normal cervical lordosis-fro c3 to c5 degenerativechanges with end plates-c5/c6 broad based posterior disc protrusion associated with uncovertebral and facet hypertrophy that result in bilateral more so on right( this is where my pain is ) foraminal narrowing with possible bilateral c6 nerve roots of right predominance at c6/c7 disc dehydration with un covertebral and facet join hypertrophy leading to slight bilateral right more than left foraminal narrowing but no definite compression-conclusion reversal of the cervical lordosis.mild degenerative changes c5/c6 disc protrusion and joint degeneration with foraminal and possible bilateral c6 nerve root of right predominance-tried all medication with no relief today started morphine today,can you explain the above? thankyou
