Interprettation:

Let me explain thi report parameters one by one to you for your better understanding.

EMG= Electromyogram: it gives electrical impulses to your nerves to see how are they working and what effect they have on function of a muscle it is usually done in case of weak or abnormal muscle weakness, which is probably what you got it for.

1-mild neurogenic changes seen in muscles from right c5/6/7/8 and left c6/7 :

Our Neck has vertebrae which are 7 in numbrr and they give out 7 nerves so this report says that on the right there is slight damage to the nerves coming out of vertebra 5,6,7,8, and on the right damage is in 6 and 7th nerve.

- Electrical evidence of mild right median neuropathy across wrist with superimposed mild left c6/7 : Median nerve is what supplies thickness below thumb and palm...it also has some damage probably you have diabetes or some nerve pathology or disease

-Damage to right cervical poly radiculopathy: again means as i told you that you nerves 5,6,7,8 are damaged not severely but mildly,

All this result shows me that you may be having pain numbness in shoulders and right arm forearm and pal...most of the issues must be on your right side .

I tried to make your report very simple and easy to understand for you hope you can better decipher what;s there now.

Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow
up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us.
Wishing you good health
