What Does "uterus Small Size And Coarse Texture" Mean?

i am 53 years old woman, 165 cm height, 75 kgs weight no notable history. in my transvaginal pelvic exam is written "uterus small size (42x30 mm, excluding cervix) and coarse texture. what is coarse texture? what should i do.

i have 2 kids by cesarian

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The ultrasound report interpretation is as follows:
The uterus is small in size and the uterus has course echotexture.
Since, you have had two caesarean sections in the past, thus there can be formation of scar tissue in the uterus.
This scar tissue can be responsible for the coarse echotexture of the uterus.
However, this is not a serious or life threatening condition.
