What Does Rash On Buttocks And Split Cracked Fingers Indicate?
Hi my 3 year old daughter has a welt like itchy rash I her butt. This is not the first time she has had it. She has eczema and I feel her ped just blames everything on that. She also has split cracked fingers. Could this be a virus or allergy of some sort?
