What Does Recurring Burning And Tingling Spell In Right Arm And Shoulder Mean?

I have been having spell in my right arm starting from my shoulder down and when it happens It burns and tingling and burning down it,I get sick at my stomach and it feels like my heart is beating in my head.It dont last but about a minute and its only happened 5 or 6 times over a period of a month.

Hello,

I have studied your case.
Due to compression of nerve root there can be pain in arm and shoulder.
I will advise you to MRI cervical spine for better diagnosis.

For these symptoms analgesic and neurotropic medication can be started.
Till time, avoid lifting weights, Sit with support to back. You can consult physiotherapist for help.
Physiotherapy like ultrasound and interferential therapy will give quick relief.
I will advise to check your vit B12 and vit D3 level.
Stomach discomfort can be due to gastric hyperacidity also.
