What Does Recurring Swelling In Upper Lip With Tingling Suggest?

Hi, about a week or two ago, I woke up normal, but about half an hour after waking up, I felt the left part of my upper lip tingling and on the ride to work slightly swelled up. And hour or two later, it was back to normal. That night, around 12-1am, my bottom lip and the upper right part started swelling up too. I woke up the next morning and the right part of my upper lip was the size of my fist it has swollen so large. But by late that morning it was back to normal. It hasn't happened again until now. My lips are swollen again
