General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Red blood cells in urine without symptoms can be present when you are in your cycle. Make sure to repeat it away from the cycle. If it is possible to do an uroculture and an ultrasound.

Kidney stones, infection and tumors may cause red cells in urine.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
