You have been diagnosed with
anal fissure. Presently, you have red blood dropping from the anus. It causes burning sensation, followed by pain and weakness. Streaks in the stools are indicative that the bleeding source is from the

Since you have been diagnosed with anal fissure, focus on getting that treated. You can apply ointment Rectifv, it will help to increase blood flow to the fissure and promote healing. It also relaxes the anal sphincter. You are suggested to get avoid sitting or standing for a prolonged period. If
obese reduce weight. Avoid taking greasy, oily junk food.
Take home made boiled type of food. Avoid hot, spicy food. You should avoid taking red meat and any food that causes
constipation. Take water and fluids in adequate quantity. Take oral stool softeners for easy and trouble free bowel movement. Exercise regularly and take sitz bath at least twice a day. Stay away from addictions if any.
