What Does Right Distal Hydrosalpinx Wtih No Free Intraperitoneal Spillage Mean?

this is what my report written...
there is right distal hydrosalpinx seen with no free intraperitoneal spillage. the left fallopian tube appears normal with free intraperitoneal spillage.

doctor, what does it mean? so cant i get pregnant? im 36 years old already...

1.The ovaries produces egg cells which has to come into uterus through this tubes.
2.If spillage is there means, there is pathway for egg cells to move.
3.In your case one side there is hydrosalpinx means there is some obstruction ( mostly due to obstruction caused by stricture - post infections generally)
4.Chances to get pregnancy are there, because there is spillage on left side which is normal. But comparatively less than normal. May take little extra time than normal.
5.You have to plan and follow ovulation calendar as keeping your age in mind.
