What Does Scan Report Suggest?

Hi, I need you to explain my scan result to me which says: non gravid anteverted uterus, the cavity is essentially empty, no evidence of cyesis and no evidence of retained product of conception. Endometrium is well outlined. On the Myometrium, a subserous fibroid nodule measuring 3.2 x 2.6cm was noted on the antero - fundal segment. Ovaries are normal in size with good stromal echoes. There is some primordial follicles on the right. No ovarian cyst noted. The Adnexa are bilaterally free, the saplings show nothing remarkable. There is fluid collection in the Pouch of Douglas.

According to reports,endometrial cavity of uterus is empty.
You have subserous fibroid in the antero-fundal segment of the uterus.Fibroid is benign tumour of the uterus.
Treatment of fibroid uterus is both conservative and surgical depending upon many things like age,family is completed or not,symptoms etc.
Rest of the findings like both ovaries are normal.
There is fluid collection in the pouch of douglas,it may be ovulation related.
