What Does Scan Result Of Diffuse Disc Osteophytic Complex Mean?

What does L/2L/3moderate diffuse disc osteophytic complex present which demonstrates broad based bilateral foraminal components right greater than left . Moderate bilateral facet arthropathy present. I had a MRI after a severe attack of muscle spasms in my back radiating to the right It took Percocet prednisone and Valium to be able to function again. What does this mean for me in the future. I wore a Milwaukee brace for three years at 12 to 14. I am now 62 and some days feel everyone of those years. I have a double 45 degree curvature still

This means you have degenerative spondylotic disc at L1-2 level causing compression of nerves leading to radiculopathy.This can be treated conservatively initially but later you may need surgery.For detailed answer feel free to ask in premium category.
