What Does Several Black Spots On Intestine In CT Scan Indicate?

I have been having a lot of pain in my lower left side for about two months. been on atibiotis but I just saw my ct scan of my lower organs and there were several black spots all over my intestins on one side and there black spots in other areas do I have cancer?

I really appreciate your concern, as long as the CT scan is concern one need to see the radiological report else looking to just some black does not indicates anything unless it is being specified by radiologist and if it is ever a cancer then it would have been reported same by radiologist, it is not the cancer and no need to worry about this hope this information helps.
