1.You need to see your doctor and get a x-ray
lumbar spine AP/LAT done.
2.Depending on the findings, you may have to get an
MRI lumbar spine done. As it is good in
nerve and chord characterisation.
3.And few exercise for the
back pain radiating to legs are there, you can get info on net or orthopaedic department.
4.For remedy, please lie on a flat bet and implement the exercises, the symptoms may resolve.
5.If there is any underlying medical conditions please treat them first, then this pain will go off by the above mentioned things.
