Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Disk prolapse.

In my opinion, these symptoms seem to indicate an intervertebral disk prolapse. I would like to investigate you with an x-ray and MRI.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Fahim Sheik
