what does this report mean: "soft tissue mass and irregularity involving the right vallecula and partly the left vallecula. additional finding show fluid level in right maxillary sinus consistent with sinusitis. Primary diagonstic code: abnormality

maxillary sinusitis and vallecular mass are different .
vallecula is present between epiglottis and base of tongue .
maxillary sinus is in different location .
but irregular mass in vallecula should be evaluated with biopsy .
kindly c ur ent surgeon early .
maxillary sinus fluid level is due to sinusitis , it can be treated with antibiotics or FESS surgery
