What Does Sore Throat, Tender And Swollen Glands On Neck Suggest?

Swollen adenoids or tonsilitis
I'm a 31 year old male in relatively good shape with no significant past medical history and I'm allergic to penicillin. I've had a fever for 4 days, the sweats for 4 days, a sore throat for 4 days and a fever that hovers around 101 for 4 days as well. 3 days ago i noticed that the glasses on my neck were much larger and more tender than ever before. My doctor put me on zithromycin and said I would be feeling better soon. Im not feeling a whole lot better and my glands are really hurting now. Should I be concerned? What should I do?

This is an infectious condition.. Nothing much to worry about.. U need to change ur antibiotics.. Augmentin will do the magic.. Plus paracetamol sos.. U shud be feeling gud soon...! Get well soon!
