What Does Spermogram Test Suggest?

Hello Dr, I did a spermogram test and this was the result (after 6 days no sex) Consistency: Fluid / Liquefaction: 25 min / Volume: 5 ml / Count: 320 m/ml / pH: 8.5 Morphology: Normal: 65% Abnormal: 35% Motility: 30 mins: 30% active 30% sluggish 40% dead 3 hours: 20% active 20% sluggish 60% dead 6 hours: 15% active 15% sluggish 70% dead WBC/RBC/Epithelial cells/Testicular cells: HPF

hi..welcome to HC magic..semen analysis should be done only after 3 days of sexual abstinence. the more the duration of abstinence (especially more than 5 days), you will find more number of inactive sperms and dead sperms which might give a false impression regarding fertility. so, get yourself tested again after only 3 days of abstinence.
