What Does Split Urine Stream Indicate?

I am a male in my 60 s and my urine flow in totally unpredictable at times, splitting and streaming all over the place and sometimes difficult starting not to mention finishing. I am somewhat at a loss as to how to deal with it. My recent PSA s have all been good. What to do or think? Terry

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Based on your symptoms, it appears there could be construction in the prostatic part of urethra due to enlarged prostate.
Kindly get per rectal examination done by consulting Surgeon in this regard. You may also need trans-vaginal ultrasound scan to know what could be the cause, so that it can be treated accordingly.
Hope the information provided helps.
All the best.
